Founder-Directed Product & Business Strategy

Building the product, and the business behind it.

I help founders and small businesses move from idea to operating business — with a clear, defensible plan for both the thing they're building and the structure that supports it.

01

Web & App Design and Development

I design and build websites and applications — from early-stage MVPs to full product builds — with an emphasis on clean design and practical, scalable engineering.

02

Founder-Directed Business Strategy Consulting

Before (or alongside) the build, I work with founders to architect the business itself — structured, full-breadth planning, not generic advice.

  • Defining which functional arms the business needs — sales, marketing, customer service, engineering, finance — and in what sequence
  • Modeling cost of service and pricing strategy
  • Mapping the path to break-even
  • Advising on whether and when to raise capital versus bootstrap
03 — Where the two meet

SME Product Incubation

Within a founder's own subject-matter expertise, I support the development of business ideas in relevant gaps and opportunity spaces — helping someone become a technical co-founder through the incubation of ideas most relevant to their industry and day-to-day work.

Current build

I'm applying this approach to my own project, AnchorAssist — an early-stage tool exploring how senior executive assistants capture and retrieve their executive's preferences and context. It's incubation in practice: validating a real problem through direct conversations with the people who'd use it, before a single line of product gets built.

The throughline is the same across both services: I help people move from "idea" to "operating business" with a clear, defensible plan — not just a product, but the structure and economics behind it.
